Not Hitting The Streets After All

New York City has some serious problems. Only retired or discharged veterans can get general vendors licenses. To make it worse, they say that there is a waiting list that hasn’t been opened up in 11 years. So, basically, people can’t sell their goods on the streets even if they are doing completely legitimate business. It stinks of corruption, but RA-NYC will shift focus now to other means of getting the word out.
